A little touch of history -
ToH Design Studio is a twelve-year old business founded by a young entrepreneur who set policies and procedures in place with his experience as a consumer in mind. Our mission is to become the most renowned source of fine furniture, architectural details and design services in the southwest United States. In our growth we have broadened our scope of work to include much more than providing quality furniture to our customers. We are now a full service architectural and design firm with many international projects on our resume. We have always been a business that is set on providing the best possible service to our clients. We achieve this by providing a constructive work environment, keeping good relationships within our industry, and leading by example in our community.
ToH provides an open work environment for all employees to confront any comments or concerns they have in the workplace. We employ an approachable work force and provide an environment where employees can make suggestions for improvement. All suggestions and concerns are taken seriously and dealt with in a fair and just manor. ToH is constantly moving forward and always living up to the highest expectations. By employing a trustworthy, hardworking team that takes initiative there is no need for micro-management. All good solutions can be found by following three simple guidelines. If it is good for the customer, good for the company and it is ethical, it is a good solution. This is something that is taught to all employees upon being hired for any position. We know our reputation is a direct reflection of our work force, by building a strong team we are able to keep up great relationships with everyone we conduct business with.
We have a great reputation with our customers, vendors, suppliers and industry peers. We feel these relationships are made strong by good communication and exceeded expectations It is always important to us that anyone we work with be pleased with the job we have completed for or with them. It is with these relationships we have been able to build a strong foundation and build new relationships with future clients and industry professionals. We are always wiling to graciously take constructive criticism and listen to any suggestions on how to improve any aspect of our business. A good reputation is far better advertising than any marketing campaign.
ToH has been present in many local and national publications. We advertise to our local clients in publications such as Phoenix Home & Garden and participation in charity events such as The Palette of Homes Tour. On a national level we advertise in Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and CN Traveler. We hold trainings on the products we sell in our Scottsdale store to ensure our staff is knowledgeable and can assist clients in making informed decisions about buying. On occasion we launch new products with an informative meeting in our store where current and potential clients can talk to industry reps about the new products.
In our industry we have a reputation of being reliable, honest, and efficient. We will do everything in our power to make sure a job is done, and done right. In the case of any misunderstanding or problem, we take initiative to make everyone involved happy with the outcome. In our community we are a symbol of the highest standards in fine furnishing, a culturally diverse architectural and design firm, and a dependable source of products and goods. We are well known for our knowledge in both the Mexican and American markets. Our understanding of Mexican architecture and American standards allows us to create beautiful, quality architecture and design.
